Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

A really nice hotel with hard wood floors in what seems to be in every standard room. Nice to see hardwood floors instead of rug. My room was nice and clean. Though a little bit too expensive, I’d still recommend this place for a stay.

Love this hotel! First time staying there. Nice bar, M CLUB if you’re eligible, & good restaurant. Busy lobby & bar area. Spacious room with a beautiful shower. “ANDRE” at the front desk is amazing! So friendly & helpful. Remembered my name the next day! He deserves an award! Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens and overall had a good experience. Check-in was a bit chaotic because the hotel was hosting a large group and housekeeping wasn’t finished with the rooms yet, so I had to wait about an hour before I could check in. There were also youth-aged soccer players staying at the hotel who were extremely loud in the lobby and elevators, which was frustrating. That said, once I got into my room, I was happy with it — it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. Despite the rocky start, I would stay here again.

This hotel literally exceeds the pictures. I chose this hotel although it was a little further away from the events we were going to be attending based on the pictures but we were even more blown away from the moment we walked in. As soon as their automatic doors open your’re hit with this scent, idk what scent it is but I approve of it. It definitely smells like Luxurious Getaway I’ll call you don’t bother me scent. The lobby area is huge and has about 3-4 different sitting areas. There is relaxing outside seating in the front of the hotel and also outside by the pool. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool due to our busy schedule but we were able to relax in the jacuzzi one evening. The hotel was very quiet to us. We never heard housekeeping in the mornings. The room was spacious, the shower had a door on it, I don’t know why some hotels have started this trend of not having any door on the showers. I really liked the shower gel as it had Eucalyptus in it which was very soothing & added an extra hit of relaxation to my shower. I am definitely going to keep this hotel saved for our next Florida trip which hopefully won’t be so event busy so we can really enjoy all the amenities of the hotel like the breakfast, room service, the pool or just simply lounging in 1, 2 or all of their aesthetically pleasing lobby sitting rooms. The only con is the price of the breakfast. It is $20 per person if you did not select the breakfast included option when booking.

The staff makes all the difference here. This is an EXCEPTION business traveler hotel. They staff knows this and they are well aligned to their mission. The quality of the experience is FAR higher than the property potential could provide on its own. The rooms are fine. The gym and pool are as expected. The staff is the secret to this hotel. They are the best I have experience in my years of business travel.

I just wanted to shout out Keeannash Varnado, the Front Office Supervisor, for absolutely making my night. After a long travel day, she greeted me with genuine warmth, a contagious smile, and went way above and beyond to make me feel welcome. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in her work — it shows in every interaction. In a world where customer service often feels robotic, Keeannash stood out for being real, kind, and human. Marriott Palm Beach Gardens is lucky to have her — she’s the kind of person that makes travelers want to come back.

We stopped here for one night while driving through Florida. The biggest disappointment was the M Club food as there were very limited options, no complimentary beer or wine, and for breakfast the room was uncomfortably cold (several guests mentioned this) and the eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal were lukewarm to cold. Great service at the lobby bar.

Professional and attentive staff. Club M is an added bonus. The desk staff told us to make reservations directly to get additional benefits as opposed to the general reservation number. It’s obvious a lot of money was spent to decorate yet some of the investment should have gone towards added soundproofing of the guest rooms.
